Good newS - You
don't need to use a tracked postage method with Swapclub
!
The Swapclub system
allows postage costs to be kept to a minimum. We recommend
and use New
Zealand Post to keep cost to a minium.
Smaller items (less than 20cm thick
and 1kg) can be posted as letters.
Larger items require ParcelPost.
New Zealand postage companies are
very reliable with low non-delivery rates so you can
have lots of confidence in standard post.
To date, there have been thousands
of items successfully swapped with swapclub
so you can be assured the system is well proven and
a great deal of fun
Come and join the fun !
Packaging
You should ensure the item is well
packaged and clearly labelled with the shipping address.
Bubble wrap envelopes are a convenient way of sending
small items and provide a good degree of protection,
especially for sensitive items like CD's or DVD's.
Whatever method you use, ensure the
delivery address is clearly identifiable and a return
address on the back is also a good idea.
If you receive an item that is damaged
in transit then you must still complete "Item received"
at the website. Damaged goods are covered by the postage
company. Contact Swapclub for any points adjustment
that may be needed.
